Time for the first set of poems to be presented!
I recently had the fangirl feels and decided to read Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare, watch the Romeo x Juliet anime, and listen to Love Story by Taylor Swift over and over! I am very interested in the whole "star-crossed lovers", forbidden love, and love in general concepts that are portrayed in this classic tragedy. No matter what version I enjoy a good run though of Romeo and Juliet!
So here we are, striking up ideas for poems! You guessed it! Only, its not just the lovey dovey side but also the dark side: what if Romeo didn't really love Juliet and it was all a game? This idea can be seen in the "dark" versions which I based on real life experiences. Sounds depressing...oh well! Makes a great poem!
